Last year, running our nitrogen cryotherapy cabin cost us over €23,000. That was about €10.60 per treatment in nitrogen, tank rental and electricity alone. Today at Pragma, we do around 20 cryotherapy sessions a day on average. And we use approximately €4 of electricity per day. That brings the cost down to just 20 cents per session. Based on our actual nitrogen invoices and 2,231 treatments over those 12 months, the difference comes to approximately €22,700 a year in operating cost savings. See what it saves you →What surprised us wasn't just the difference in operating costs. It was actually the treatment itself. With our old nitrogen cabin, the cold builds up quite gradually. Towards the end, we could feel that the legs were extremely cold, while the upper body was noticeably warmer. The e°CABIN works differently. It uses very powerful streams of cooled air, directed straight against your body. And it does this electrically. This cooled air is combined with six smart sensors that continuously measure the actual temperature of your skin at different points. And here's the clever part. When a particular part of your body reaches the target skin temperature, the airflow to that area automatically stops, while the other areas continue cooling. In my experience, the treatment feels more intense, but also much more controlled. Your head stays outside the cabin, so you breathe normal room air throughout the session.
